Josh joined SGE in 2011, where he supports portfolio companies while sourcing, evaluating, and executing new transaction opportunities. He focuses on SaaS/software, internet, information, and payments companies. Josh sourced and worked on the firm’s investment in Zyme Solutions, where he currently serves as Board Observer. He also worked on investments in Credit Karma, iCIMS, and the acquisition of the JK Group. He helps manage those investments as well as SGE’s portfolio company PaySimple.
Josh earned a B.A. in Economics from Yale University.
