Happy New Year from everyone at Susquehanna Growth Equity. Our year in review: $104 million invested. 2 new investments. 4 follow-on investments. 5 portfolio company add-on acquisitions. 1 exit.
In 2016, we made two new investments in exceptional founder-owned businesses, led follow-on investments in four portfolio companies, and exited 1 investment, and our portfolio companies completed 5 add-on acquisitions. We worked closely with all of our portfolio companies on strategy and growth initiatives, strategic M&A, access to credit, talent acquisition, and business development. We also celebrated SGE’s 10-year anniversary with a party in NYC, and added three new analysts (Aaron, Albert, and Sam). We have never been more excited by the problems our portfolio companies are solving and are thrilled to be partnered with this extraordinary group of entrepreneurs.
