Brad currently leads the AMER Sales and Revenue Teams at HackerRank, guiding customers through the entire journey from landing, adopting, renewing, and expanding.

Creating operational rigor on forecast, pipeline, quotas, comp plans, etc. Building a high performing team & culture through recruiting, retaining and developing top talent.
