Cindy Ellers

Wife and mother of three humans and two fur-babies, ironically both ultra-competitive and a life-long NY Jets fan.

Cindy leads Customer Experience and Operations at Bestpass. She focuses on optimizing process and scaling these teams, including Customer Success, Customer Service and supporting back-office operations teams to continue to delight customers through accelerated growth. She is also the executive sponsor of the company’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee.

Before Bestpass, Cindy was the Senior Director of Growth for Regulatory DataCorp, a leader in fighting financial crime, with responsibility for Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Customer Service and Implementation.

Cindy graduated with a B.A. from University of Delaware’s honors program in Economics and Foreign Languages.
