Jason Blais

Raised in Maine, residing in SoCal, husband, father, lifelong learner, living with gratitude, opting outside, and never missing a New Orleans Jazz Fest

Jason holds the Chief Commercial Officer title at PerkSpot, where he leads the user acquisition strategy for PerkSpot’s marketplace. In this role, he leads Marketing, Sales, Client Success, Channel Partnerships, and Sales Operations to reach, engage, attract and partner with large-scale employers, membership organizations, and channel partners to deliver exclusive member discounts to their communities.

Prior to PerkSpot, Jason’s career spanned 20 years in Sales, Marketing, and Leadership roles, for both startups and large-scale businesses, providing solutions to both SMB and enterprise clients. The majority of his career has been in the HR Tech space, including 6 years at ZipRecruiter where he held multiple roles including Head of Corporate Sales and VP of Inside Sales where he grew the sales team from 30 to 350, while increasing profitability and revenue per rep.

Jason has been a highly rated speaker at numerous conferences, including Frost & Sullivan’s STAR Retreat, AA-ISP, and various HR Conferences. He has also been recognized by multiple organizations, including as Top 25 Most Influential Inside Sales Leader by the American Association of Inside Sales Professionals in 2018 and 2019. When not in the office, Jason can be found enjoying the local beaches with his wife, Vanessa, near their home in Santa Monica, deep sea fishing in Alaska, or attending the New Orleans Jazz Festival, where he and his wife were engaged and also married on stage.
