MJ leads Operations at ActiveCampaign as the Chief of Staff to the CEO. His core principles follow “Data, Insight, Strategy, and Process” where collection and interpretation of data can lead to meaningful insights to guide long term strategies that can be continuously improved through process development and iteration.
Prior to ActiveCampaign, MJ has been an Executive Producer in the Media & Entertainment industry – developing programming and content for radio programs across the country, being a personality on a morning show, and hosting his own radio show in Chicago. His experience has spanned multiple functions from finance, marketing, sales, support, and content giving him an eclectic view of the entire operations of various organizations.
MJ holds an MBA from Chicago Booth and on the weekends enjoys taking his son and daughter to the beach with his wife Mary, making homemade pizza, marathon running, and attempting to play baseball long after his prime.
