Nicole leads the Customer Experience and Operations team at Field Nation with a mission to provide an unparalleled experience for customers, partners, and employees. She specializes in the transformation of companies going through hyper growth stages, including developing scalable business processes to meet demand without experience suffering along the way.

Prior to Field Nation, Nicole spent a decade in SaaS-based environments. Most recently, she served as the Vice President of Customer Experience for Siteimprove, with responsibility for Professional Services, Customer Success, Account Management, and Support. Before joining Siteimprove, Nicole oversaw four divisions in the product content space at 1WorldSync, driving strategy and operational efficiencies to empower the omnichannel era. This passion came from an early career with SPS Commerce, where she was part of a team that grew the business over 10x, helping small businesses to Fortune 1000 customers solve complex business challenges in all aspects of their supply chains.

Nicole holds a B.S in Business Management. She was born and raised in Minnesota and spends most of her free time traveling with family. She is very passionate about giving back to the community. Specifically, she volunteers for organizations that assist struggling families to get back on their feet.
