Colin ran iCIMS as CEO until March of 2020 when he turned over the reigns to current CEO, Steve Lucas, growing the company from its founding in 2000 to over 4,000 customers, 1,000 employees, and $250M in ARR. iCIMS is widely recognized as the leader in Talent Acquisition software and has been recognized as an Inc. 500/5000 Fastest-Growing Private Company for 13 years, receiving investments from Susquehanna Growth Equity and Vista Equity.
Colin was named as one of the Highest Rated CEO’s on Glassdoor for Small and Medium Companies in 2019, 2018 and 2015, and one of the SaaS Report’s Top 50 SaaS CEO’s of 2019, 2018 and 2017. He graduated from Cornell University in 1997 with a degree in Psychology.
