Emily Anne joined the Susquehanna Portfolio Value Creation (PVC) team in 2025. As a part of PVC, she partners with portfolio companies on a wide range of talent initiatives, from executive recruiting to performance management and organizational design, helping businesses build strong leadership teams and scalable organizations.
Prior to Susquehanna, Emily Anne was a management consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in New York, where she guided Fortune 500 and industry-leading clients through large-scale transformation projects. Emily Anne received her B.A. in Arts Administration, Art History, and French from the University of Virginia and earned her MBA from the Yale School of Management.
