Megan joined the Portfolio Value Creation (PVC) team as an intern in 2024 and joined full time in 2025. As a part of PVC, Megan assists with strategic initiatives to accelerate growth at portfolio companies.
Prior to Susquehanna, she worked in healthcare consulting, advising payor clients and at MATTER, a non-profit healthcare startup incubator in Chicago on the Venture Acceleration team.
Megan graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Vanderbilt University with a B.A. in Economics, B.A. in Medicine, Health, and Society, and minor in Data Science.
