Susan led global growth marketing, brand and communications at iCIMS, the leader in SaaS recruitment technology, for nearly 20 years. She was part of an incredible growth story at iCIMS, scaling from <$10M ARR to more than $350M, supporting almost 10 domestic & international acquisitions, and leading the transition from a mid-market, inbound model to a global Enterprise, outbound strategy.
Susan advises leadership teams on scaling high growth businesses, specializing in account-based marketing (ABM), sales development, organizational design & recruiting, strategic communications and events, partnerships, product strategy, and M&A integration.
Susan won Female Executive of the Year (silver, bronze) three times by the Stevie Awards, has been recognized by NJBIZ as one of the Best 50 Women in Business, and was inducted into DMN’s Marketing Hall of Femme. She lives in New Jersey with her husband, daughter, son, and high maintenance dog. She graduated with a B.S. in Marketing from Lehigh University.
