Jacqueline joined Susquehanna in 2024 as a part of the Talent team. As part of the Portfolio Value Creation team, Jacqueline partners with Susquehanna’s portfolio companies to accelerate growth through hiring, developing, and retaining their teams.
Prior to joining Susquehanna, Jacqueline spent five years at Daversa Partners as a Senior Associate. Daversa Partners is an executive search firm focused on VP and C-Level positions. During her time there she supported the firm’s Enterprise B2B go-to-market practice. She has experience working on Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Customer Officer searches. Jacqueline has extensive experience working with Seed companies to Pre-IPO businesses.
Jacqueline is originally from Long Island, New York but has lived in both Connecticut and Philadelphia.
Jacqueline has received a B.A from the Pennsylvania State University.
