Dave leads People & Culture at Bestpass. He brings his obsession with workplace culture to ensure that employees love coming to work every day so they can pour their energy into taking care of Bestpass’ customers.
Prior to Bestpass, Dave served as the Chief People Officer at Auto/Mate Dealership Systems before their acquisition by DealerSocket. Under his leadership, Auto/Mate was voted a “Best Places to Work” and a “Top Workplace” in Albany’s Capital Region for 10+ consecutive years.
Dave graduated from SUNY Geneseo with a B.S. in Management and Information Systems and three state titles as part of Geneseo’s Swimming and Diving team.
Dave is currently the Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Make-A-Wish of Northeast New York and a firm believer that wishes have the power to heal!
