Brooke Ryan is the VP of Global Support Services at Point of Rental. Point of Rental provides software for the rental industry and helps more than 5,000 rental and hire businesses worldwide strive to achieve their business goals.
Brooke joined Point of Rental in 2023 and has been focused on building a culture of continuous improvement and customer success. She has implemented numerous programs and enhancements to the customer support and success department to improve customer satisfaction.
She started her career as a Client Services Manager with WellEz, a small SaaS company serving the oil and gas industry. Over the past decade and through the company’s acquisition by Quorum Software, she rose through the organization, distinguishing herself through her leadership and exemplary customer service, becoming the company’s Director of Customer Success in 2022.
Brooke received her B.S. from Texas A&M University. She lives in Texas with her husband and two children.
