Dave is the Chief People Officer at Fleetworthy (formerly Bestpass), where he oversees all aspects of People &Culture, fostering a high-performing and collaborative workplace. Fleetworthy delivers industry-leading solutions that empower fleets to enhance safety, ensure compliance, and improve operational efficiency.
In the past 12 months, Dave has spearheaded three strategic acquisitions, resulting in a more than threefold increase in Fleetworthy’s headcount.
Before joining Fleetworthy, Dave served as Chief People Officer at Auto/Mate, a SaaS company specializing in enterprise software solutions for automotive dealership operations. During his tenure, Auto/Mate was awarded 12 consecutive “Best Places to Work” awards, culminating with a successful acquisition by Dealer Socket.
Dave holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Information Systems from SUNY Geneseo. He resides in Saratoga Springs, NY, with his wife and two daughters.
