Rama Katkar is a Senior Advisor to Susquehanna. In this role, Rama helps support the growth of Susquehanna’s portfolio companies.
Rama has 20 years of finance experience, including investing, strategic operations and M&A. She is currently the CFO of Notion, a product-led growth SaaS company. Prior to Notion she was VP, Finance at Instacart and SVP, Corporate Development & Strategic Finance at Credit Karma. Across these roles, she has led FP&A/strategic finance, corporate development, IPO preparedness and business operations. During her time at Credit Karma, Rama helped build and scale the company’s finance and operations functions to support a $1 billion revenue business and executed over $1.5 billion in primary, secondary and debt transactions. She led nine M&A transactions, including Credit Karma’s entry into the UK and sale of Credit Karma Tax to Square. In 2020, she executed the $8.1 billion sale of Credit Karma to Intuit. Prior to Credit Karma, Rama was an entrepreneur and investor in technology and retail.
Rama is originally from New Jersey and currently lives in San Francisco with her husband and son. She has an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and BA in Mathematical Methods in the Social Sciences & Economics from Northwestern University.
