Adam is SVP of People Operations at PerkSpot where he leads HR, IT, Legal, and Office Management. He collaborates with leadership to implement initiatives that improve employee engagement and accelerate business growth.
Prior to PerkSpot, Adam served in a variety of People Operations leadership roles at small and mid-sized organizations, including ItemMaster, a CPG technology startup, and Cleverbridge, an eCommerce firm. He also did a short stint at independent game developer, Iron Galaxy Studios. Earlier in his career, he worked in large multinational businesses in roles focused on organizational development and talent management, including a two-year assignment in London leading employee engagement and DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) for Aviva plc.
Adam earned a B.A. in Philosophy from (S.U.N.Y.) Binghamton University. He and his husband Jason live with their cat Daisy in Portland, OR.
