Initially as a software engineer and later in various Product roles, Paddy was part of technology teams that led to some of Ireland's most successful acquisitions with Cape Technologies (Acquired by WeDo Technologies), The Now Factory (Acquired by IBM), Mobile Travel Technologies (MTT, Acquired by TravelPort) where he launched mobile products for easyJet, Singapore Airlines, Etihad and more.
Now Chief Product Officer for one of Ireland's fastest-growing companies, Phorest Salon Software, building a long-term company and global leader in appointment, booking and marketing technologies for salons and spas around the world. Paddy also advises early-stage companies on modern product development and strategy techniques to grow their business.
