Stella powers all things “people,” ensuring that HighRadius’ people and culture continue to thrive during periods of rapid growth. She leads the human resources team with a “people-first” mentality with the goal of hiring, retaining and engaging the best talent around.
Prior to joining HighRadius, Stella spent nearly a decade at a fast growth retail company which grew its operations from a startup local Texas retailer to almost 400 stores and 5,000 employees globally, finishing her tenure there as Director of HR. She started her career at HSBC in consumer finance sales and had the opportunity to work in learning and development for a short assignment before leading her own team for the last 3 years.
Stella received her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. Whoop!
