Nancy is the SVP of Operations at ProviderTrust, the industry leader in data integrity services for providers, employees, and vendors. In this role, she oversees the organization's operational services, including new Client Onboarding, Client Experience, Product Support, Data Monitoring Services, Enterprise PMO, and Operational Excellence.
Nancy has over 20 years of senior leadership experience in both Operations and Technology. Before joining ProviderTrust, she served for a decade as SVP of Operational Effectiveness at Premise Health, leading the organization through significant organic growth, M&A, and optimization efforts to create the country's largest employer health services provider. Nancy started her career at GE in the Information System Management Program. This experience provided keen insights into various industries and their operating models, enabled access to continuously changing technology, and ignited her passion for process improvement. Her drive to use data analytics to improve processes led her to HCA, where, for twelve years, she led technology and data teams focused on improving clinical outcomes and operations. She initiated the Enterprise Datawarehouse and Analytics department, which she led until her promotion to Chief Information Architect which she served until her tenure.
Nancy holds a BS in Computer Science from SUNY at Albany. She and her husband split time between Nashville, TN, and Newport, RI.
