Barath joined the Susquehanna Portfolio Value Creation (PVC) team in 2024. As a part of PVC, he partners with companies to accelerate growth through targeted strategic initiatives.
Prior to joining Susquehanna, Barath was a consultant at AlixPartners in their Corporate Strategy & Transformation group, based in New York City. There, he worked with Fortune 500 companies to craft and implement growth strategies with the end goal of winning in the consumer and capital markets. Before AlixPartners, he held various internship positions across corporate finance, healthcare consulting, and banking.
Barath graduated with honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a B.S. in Finance and a minor in the Hoeft Technology & Management Program.
