Joseph serves as the Head of People at Pixieset, the leading software platform catering to over 1 million photographers and creative professionals globally. In this role, Joseph leads HR, Talent Acquisition and Workplace Operations. Since 2022, he has played a key role in steering Pixieset's people functions, contributing to the company's distinction as a Great Place to Work Certified™ employer and recognition as one of the Best Workplaces in Canada™.
Prior to Pixieset, Joseph held the position of Head of People Operations for the global Invoice2go team, overseeing operations in the United States and Australia. Notably, Invoice2go was later acquired by BILL. Before that, he led the People Operations team for a clean technology startup, which was recognized by Fast Company as a World Changing Idea and had a footprint in Canada, the United States, and India.
Joseph holds a Master of Science in Human Resources from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of British Columbia. Living in Vancouver with his wife and baby boy in beautiful British Columbia, Canada, Joseph is a lifelong (albeit suffering) Vancouver Canucks fan.
