Lauren joined Susquehanna in 2021 as part of our Talent team. As a part of the Portfolio Value Creation team, Lauren partners with Susquehanna’s portfolio companies to accelerate growth through hiring, developing, and retaining their teams.
Prior to joining Susquehanna, Lauren was an Associate at Heidrick & Struggles, a global retained executive search firm, where she supported the firm’s Financial Officers Practice. She has experience working on Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer, Controller, Treasurer, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Tax searches. Lauren has worked with a diverse client base at Heidrick, ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Additionally, she has worked with a variety of private equity and venture capital-backed clients.
Lauren is originally from New Jersey but has lived in both Philadelphia and Miami.
Lauren received a B.A. from The University of Pennsylvania.
